    The OPPY app can’t detect my OPPY. What should I do?

    A

    Turn off and turn on the mobile phone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Press the button for 8 seconds to proceed general reset, then try connecting again.

    - It will take 120 minutes when OPPY power is off.
    - Please, turn off OPPY for faster charging.

    Can I connect my OPPY to multiple phones at the same time?

    A

    No, you cannot connect your OPPY to two phones at the same time. You must disconnect it from one phone before you can connect OPPY to another device.

    How to update OPPY Firmware?

    A

    1. Charge the OPPY more than 30 minutes until the battery level exceeds 50%.
    2. Run the App and connect to the OPPY.

    1) Go to Menu-> Firmware.
    2) Update your OPPY with the latest firmware version.
    * Please keep the USB charger been connected until the upgrade is finished.

    If my phone is already connected to a Bluetooth device, can I still connect it to my OPPY?

    A

    Yes, most phones and tablets support concurrent access to multiple Bluetooth devices.

    I can't film on my device when I open the app.

    A

    The OPPY button does not work if it is already connected to the app. Instead, please press the button on the app to start filming.

Warranty

Policy of Warranty Service

  • The warranty service period of the product and of accessories is one (1) year and ninety (90) days
    from the initial purchase date, respectively.
  • If a product purchase date is unable to be found, a warranty service period begins
    from a manufacturing date, or three months after an import clearance date.
  • For more details about warranty service procedure, please contact a product purchase shop.
  • The warranty service is provided only after the serial number of a return product is checked.
  • The warranty service is limited to the functional defects of the product in its normal use condition.
  • If the warranty service is requested without product failure, a service charge occurs.
    Please read the user manual (in case of impossible repair, separate criteria are applied.)
  • To repair the product (within a warranty service period), it is possible to use refurbished parts which
    have the same performance and quality as new parts according to Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards. Some parts of the product can be produced in different countries from the manufacturing country of the product.
  • The product which is judged to be entitled to have the warranty service according to this policy
    is replaced with refurbished OPPY. As for accessories, they also can be replaced with refurbished ones.
    The replaced product or accessory can have a different color.
  • A warranty service period of the replaced refurbished OPPY is the remaining warranty service period
    of the original product. A warranty service period of a refurbished accessory is also the remaining
    warranty service period of its original one.

Our Warranty Service is not applicable if each of the following occurs:

  • If main components including a camera lens have man-made damage
    (e.g., cracks of lens cover, lens scratches, crushing, other damage)
  • If the product is damaged by a consumer’s fault
  • If the product is disassembled, repaired, or modified at a user’s discretion
  • If the product is damaged by its exposure to abnormal physical condition, thermal & electric influence,
    iquid, and heavy dust
  • If the product is damaged by a user’s fault or carelessness (e.g., fall, soaking, careless operation)
  • If data is lost and needs to be recovered
  • If the product is damaged by the repair of other persons than our technicians or our partners’ technicians
  • If the product is damaged by natural disasters occur (e.g., fire, flood, power fluctuation)
  • If life of a consumable part is over (e.g., battery, charger, various attachments)

Customers should comply with the return rules provided by DSG, including a return address, a specified
delivery firm, packing rules. If a product serial number is not presented, warrant service is not provided.
Make sure to separate the memory card before return.
